Responsibilities:
- Reviews Cash Log and EFT payments- as assigned
- Retrieves facilities deposit logs from scans/shared drive
- Reports EFT payment information and supplies corresponding EOB’s
- Retrieves from insurance websites-Waystar corresponding EOB's
- ERA enrollments thru Waystar
- Great communication skills
- Must be able to work independently when necessary as well as contribute to the team effort
- Efficient to navigate insurance websites
- Knowledge of Excel, Scan Chart and Waystar a plus
Required Skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of payment posting a plus
- Must have the skills necessary to operate the office equipment required to fulfill job duties
- Forty-five (45) mpm typing skills
- Computer experience beneficial – Excel knowledge a plus
- Good communitation skills: Written and verbal
