Program Manager II assists in managing large programs consisting of a number of interrelated projects.  The candidate is required to use  program management tools (PMO website, Websource) to manage project work plans, issues, risks, and dependencies.  The candidate produces status reports, conducts status meetings and is accountable for issue resolution and risk management sessions. Bachelors Degree or equivalent.  6 years related work experience.

This is NOT a driving position.

Project Manager role must be versed in complex network design and optimization with a command of time management and organizational skills.  Must be able to lead a team of 10-15 engineers and properly assess quality control over deliverables under exteremely tight deadlines.  PM will need to be able to communicate effecitvely and utilize critical thinking in problem solving.  Presenting in front of managment may also be required.  Needs to have a firm understanding of end to end site design inception to commissioning and integration.  Will need to be proficient in excel and databases as well as the ability to generate PPT presentations for reporting.

Tools experience in Atoll, Appian, MapInfo, Alteryx, ACP, excel, powerpoint, databasing or equivalent a must
