    Integrity Rehab Group, THE NATION’S LARGEST PROVIDER OF PHYSICIAN BASED PHYSICAL AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY MANAGEMENT SERVICES, is searching for a DRIVEN AND TALENTED PHYSICAL THERAPIST for our OUTPATIENT ORTHOPEDIC CLINIC PART TIME (20-29 HOURS A WEEK) IN FAYETTEVILLE, AR. 

    Our Physical Therapist combine EVIDENCE BASED PHYSICAL THERAPY PRACTICE PHILOSOPHIES along with ONSITE PATIENT INFORMATION AND IMAGING STUDIES to ensure the best clinical outcomes for our patients. We are searching for COMPASSIONATE, FORWARD-THINKING Physical Therapist who OPTIMIZE PATIENT-CENTERED DIAGNOSIS by assessing strengths and weaknesses to devise effective TEAM-BASED TREATMENT PLANS in accordance with the physician’s orders. We are searching for Physical Therapist that are EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATORS and have STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS who want to be part of a COLLABORATIVE TEAM.  We are searching clinicians that want to join a team that is improving the health and well-being of our patients by advocating injury prevention, exercise, nutrition and complete wellness.

    JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

    • The Physical Therapist /PT perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations.
    • Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred but not required.
    • The Physical Therapist/ PT will evaluate, develop and administer detailed treatment programs with specific goals defined by the patient’s capacity and tolerance and in accordance with the physician’s orders.
    • Educate patients about the bio-mechanics of their body’s natural movement to prevent additional injury and to promote wellness.
    • Communicate with physicians, team members and patients to ensure a consistent level of care and improved quality of life.
    • Perform daily documentation.

    REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:                     

    • Current state license or actively in the application process.
    • Current CPR certification.
    • Must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
    • Authorized to work in the United States.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • The individual will have contemporary and well-rounded financial expertise including in-depth understanding of health care finance and the nuances of the financial function within a diverse integrated, health care system. This should include understanding of complex financial operations, strategic and financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, revenue cycle, contracts, hospital and physician reimbursement practices and regulations, capital financing and construction.

    • Strong working knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to the healthcare industry.

    • Ability to accurately analyze complex financial data and internal and external factors in order to help formulate collaboratively the strategic financial direction of PIH Health.

    • Excellent understanding of management information systems and have a track record of success in working collaboratively with the IT function and utilizing effectively data and information for management decision making.

    • Specific ability and demonstrated experience in grasping the strategic, financial, and operational dimensions of clinical programs/service lines and translating that understanding into focused priorities, investment plans, and successful implementation.

    • Superior ability to analyze financial data and report, discuss, and present in a clear way with various parties, including Board of Directors, management, and employees.

    • Ability review and analyze economic trends and industry conditions and report potential impacts on PIH Health.

    • Ability to enhance and expand PIH Health’s financial & analytical reporting system.

    • A strong, confident, participative, and decisive leader and manager with the ability to build consensus and collaborate effectively across the entire organization. Proven ability to inspire and energize staff for high performance and lead through industry and organizational changes. Develops positive employee relationships and has excellent team-building, recruiting, coaching, and mentoring skills. Able to communicate expectations and hold staff accountable.

    • A skilled change agent with sensitivity to the interpersonal, organizational, and political issues which accompanies change.
