Operations System Training and Execution Team (OSTET)—Grocery
CONTRACT DURATION: 7 MONTHS PAY RATE: $14.80/HR ON W2 WORKING DAYS: - MONDAY TO FRIDAY WORK TIMING: 8 AM TO 5 PM
LOCATION: TORRANCE CA 90501
THIS POSITION WILL PRIMARILY BE RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ANSWERING HIGH FLOW INCOMING CALLS AND ASSISTING CUSTOMER WITH CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS, SERVICES AND QUESTIONS. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL EXCEL IN A FAST-PACED OFFICE ENVIRONMENT AND HAVE STRONG TECHNOLOGY, ANALYTICAL, ORAL/WRITTEN COMMUNICATION, PROBLEM SOLVING AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TAKES INCOMING CALLS FROM WAREHOUSE CUSTOMERS TO DELIVER GOODS FROM WAREHOUSE INVENTORY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE OF IS A CUSTOMER MINDED, SERVICE ORIENTED, DETAILED PERSON, ABLE TO MULTI-TASK AND MAKE DECISIONS THAT HELP SERVE OUR CUSTOMER'S GOALS. THIS IS A 24 X 7 OPERATION AND THE POSITION REQUIRES THE INDIVIDUAL TO BE FLEXIBLE TO DO SHIFT WORK, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE; HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, DETAIL ORIENTED FOR OUR CUSTOMERS SUCCESS, GOOD COMPUTER SKILLS (WINDOWS, MICROSOFT OUTLOOK), GOOD TYPING SKILLS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENT OF 25 WPM).
