We are conducting open interviews on WEDNESDAY 9/18 FROM 10AM-3PM AT 1201 ELM STREET, 31ST FLOOR, DALLAS TX 75270. Please arrive “dressed for success” and bring a printed copy of your resume, and 2 forms of government issued ID to be considered. Offers will be extended on the spot for qualified candidates.
HOO:
7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Sunday – Saturday

- Hours for each brand may expand seasonally during Q4 Peak Season

- Understand customer service processes and procedures, and enjoys the challenges that a customer service job can present
- Minimum 6 months relatable customer service experience is required, preferably in a call center environment
- Comfortable with consultative upselling/cross-selling
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and will be verified
- Regular and punctual attendance is a must
- Must have 3 years of verifiable employment history
- Must pass all required assessments with 80% or higher; type at least 30wpm
- Must be at least 21 years of age (only required for some brands)
