As the Water Quality Account Manager, you will play a significant role in realizing the long‐term growth potential for the entire market served by Earthwise Environmental, Inc.

Your success is dependent on your ability to maintain current business and capture new opportunities by being a self-starter, mainly focused on the sale of "blue" technology and chemical water treatment programs to industry and institutions. Systems we service include steam boilers, cooling towers and wastewater treatment in the industrial and large commercial sectors.

• A bachelor's in biology, chemistry, engineering or comparable sciences (preferred but not required)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in water treatment

The position entails providing service to accounts in the Chicagoland area with the assistance of Water Quality Technicians and the support of the Director of Operations. The Water Quality Account Manager works with the District Manager to collaborate, plan and execute the water treatment program at those accounts and communicate the strategy to the client. They will troubleshoot issues and provide valuable recommendations and supports to the clients.

The pay structure includes a base salary + commission with a performance bonus. The currently available position will encompass the selling region of Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. The Water Quality Account Manager must live within that region and will work primarily out of their home office.
