Location:
Tulsa Oklahoma Region — Multiple Job Sites
Overview:
Oversees the daily operations of heavy civil and earthwork construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting design and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all site activities and personnel for assigned construction projects.
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and work plans to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create preconstruction estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Inspect work regularly to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Communicate progress reports and recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor budget performance and address variances promptly.
- Promote and enforce jobsite safety protocols.
- Ability to travel during the week and occasionally on weekends.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in earthwork, grading, or related heavy civil construction supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment operation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Proven leadership and communication skills with diverse crews and project teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of performing under pressure.
- Proficient with project documentation and scheduling or construction management software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass standard pre-employment screening.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training preferred.
Work Environment:
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and inclement weather.
- Exposure to construction site environments, including dust, noise, and heavy equipment operation.
- Regular travel to project sites as required.
