We complete a wide range of earthwork, grading, drainage, utility, and concrete projects throughout the Phoenix area. Responsibilities

Shoveling, raking, trench cleanouts

Backfilling, compacting, and jobsite cleanup

Spotting equipment and assisting operators

Assisting with drainage, underground utilities, and site prep

Following all safety guidelines

Helping with forms, rebar, and prep work

Assisting finishers with pours

Mixing, moving, and placing concrete materials

Jobsite cleanup and material handling

Requirements

Reliable transportation to job sites

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Valid driver’s license preferred

Construction experience is a bonus (not required, we train motivated individuals

Can pass a federal background check

Can pass a drug test

Type: Full-Time Location: Phoenix Metro Pay: $18.00 a hour
