JOB DESCRIPTION: Ease is seeking Technical Recruiters for our growing company to support our talent needs. This role will source, recruit and attract technical positions including, but not limited to, Software developers, SEO & copywriting, Digital marketing and Commercial interior designers. The ideal candidate will have corporate and/or agency recruiting experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Support Ease in staffing highly qualified contractors on client projects. 
2. Assess Technical candidates' hard and soft skills through a combination of behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluations
3. ATS experience required
4. Customer service focus on both candidate and client experience
5. Support Ease in Developing a robust pipeline of quality business, operational, sales and technical talent
6. Ensure a delightful experience for candidates regardless of whether they are hired
7. Someone with a strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including sourcing, interviewing and closing
8. Proven track record of hiring top technical talent from a variety of sourcing methods

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 4+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in a high -growth tech company
2. Track record of attracting and converting top-quality talent in a competitive environment
3. Experience recruiting for highly technical and creative roles
4. (Preferred) Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technical field
