    Job Description

    PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

    Ease has an exciting opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will establish the product marketing function within Ease and partner across the organization to shape the product vision, go-to-market and messaging and positioning that ensures we deliver a consistent, customer-centered experience. We’re looking for a customer advocate that can execute at speed and lives B2B SaaS product marketing.     U.S. employment location is flexible. Preferred locations: Irvine/Mission Viejo, CA; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Be a trusted partner to the product team with ownership of the product vision and roadmap based on inputs from customers, analysts, the product team, sales, support, and customer success.
    • Drive customer analysis and research to fully represent the voice of the customer. This includes NPS and customer satisfaction surveys, customer advisory councils, focus groups, and other voice of the customer activities.
    • Develop impactful and differentiating messaging, positioning, and insights through research and qualitative feedback.
    • Define and run comprehensive go-to-market strategy and planning including positioning, pricing, communication of value proposition, and launch strategy.
    • Research and analyze the wider market, exploring opportunities for future industry and geographic expansion as well as developing individual product business cases.
    • Manage the company’s product portfolio strategy
    • Contribute thought leadership through blogs, white papers and speak at industry events and webinars.
    • Work with product managers to communicate and train the sales, business development and customer success teams on the value proposition of the EASE platform and new features. This will include developing world-class sales tools, and competitive and market intelligence to support every stage of the selling process.
    • Contribute to the development of campaign strategy and themes, create compelling content and guide marketing programs to drive demand.

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • 5+ years product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company
    • Manufacturing industry experience beneficial but not required
    • Proven success at collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams
    • Experience in developing buyer personas
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • The ability to assimilate information quickly, make decisions and act appropriately in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • A Passion for results – constantly thinking of ways to increase the business and driven by quantitative and analytical mindset
    • Successful execution of project management activities
    • Upbeat, can-do attitude to take on whatever challenge is thrown your way
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, computer science or equivalent
    • Travel up to 25% is required for this role (due to COVID 19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
