East Bay Tire Co. is looking for full time Commercial Salespeople to join its team. We offer competitive pay PLUS commission. RESPONSIBILITIES: •    Responsible for selling, promoting and providing customer support on tires, tubes, foam fill and related services and equipment •    In addition to tires sales, mechanical services will also be promoted •    Some in-office duties include answering incoming phone calls and assisting walk-in customers •    Attending sales meetings •    Solicitation of new prospects within a specified radius •    Set goals, track sales and identify areas of self-improvement •    Any and all duties as assigned by manager SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: •    Should have at least one-year sales experience or at least two years of customer service experience (we will provide the training – but if you have prior tire experience, the better!) •    Strong commitment to achieving goals and teamwork mentality •    Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills •    High School Diploma or GED equivalent •    Valid driver’s license and insurable •    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds •    Should be driven, articulate and confident •    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment •    Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred but not a requirement •    Must be computer proficient
