MOWING FOREMAN/HELPER:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able operate app based scheduling software
• Able to communicate well with clients, vendors and other employees
• Able to pay attention to detail
• Have experience operating grounds equipment
• Have a valid Driver license
• Have a minimum 2-4 Years’ experience in the lawn industry 
• Able to drive commercial vehicles
• Have good judgement.
• Able to operate walk-behind and zero turn mowers
• Have basic equipment maintenance knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bath daily and maintain a clean-cut appearance 
• Wear company uniforms
• Be prompt and prepared
• Use company based software
• Be self-directed 
• Manage time efficiently 
• Quality workmanship
• Follow through with delegated tasks
• Maintain an organized work environment in the shop, in or on the work truck and on the job-site.
• Plan, manage and oversee crew
• Train individuals on necessary equipment
• Train individuals in our systems and techniques
• Organize and execute a plan for each property or task
• Manage the overall quality of work for the crew
