Receptionist Office Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a personable, reliable individual to join our team here at Eastbank Contractor Appliances -- the Northwest's premier, high-end luxury appliance brand showroom.
Job duties include: Greet customers, answer and distribute phone calls, utilize company point of sale system to manage sales orders, process payments, and other general office duties.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn a multi-line phone system and to handle calls in a courteous and professional manner. Office skill set would include basic computer skills, ability to learn a computer system specific to the appliance industry, good communication skills (with both customers and co-workers), and a great attitude which includes a willingness to work as part of a team and learn something new every day.
This is a full-time position. Hours would be 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. We offer a full benefit package including 100% employer paid medical and dental insurance. We also offer participation in a 401K plan, paid holidays and paid vacation
