An International Industrial Distributor of Power Transmissions, Motion Control and Pneumatic products and Engineering Systems is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to add to our team located in our Westbrook, ME location.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Customer inquiries via the telephone, email and web; respond and provide solutions to customers

promptly

• Secure market level pricing feedback from customers and provide timely price

quotations and/or proposals

• Escalate backorders and customer requirements to maximize fill rates and customer

satisfaction

• Prepare quotations, send literature to customers that are requesting the information

• Provide technical feedback and design solutions to meet customer requirements

• Collaborate with a large team of staff engineers to assist in project solutions

• Counter service, sales and customer relations

• Shipping, receiving, and various warehouse duties

Required Skills

**** 1+ years of Industrial Inside Sales Experience

• Technical based selling and application support

• Ability to quickly learn and apply technical products

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Proven track record of sales performance

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Desire to work within a team and a cooperative attitude

• Strong commitment to customer service

• Ability to multi-task

• Sense of urgency and accountability
