PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF FUNCTION The Product Management Intern will help with all aspects related to the development and maintenance of Product Lines offered by the company. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES 1. Support in Product Management and conduct market intelligence. 2. Involvement in product marketing responsibilities with focus on programs to meet market specific requirements. 3. Learn and assist in Product Management; support the team in operational tasks 4. Scan and file documents. 5. Help support project timeline management. 6. Responsible for simple product photography. 7. Coordinate work with cross functional teams. 8. Support in internal management reporting & data analysis. 9. Assist with other tasks as needed. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES 1. Mature, motivated, takes initiative, and strong willingness to learn. 2. Able to understand complex concepts quickly. 3. The ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 4. Organization and planning skills in service of prioritization, shifting business needs, coordination with other departments as needed. 5. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. 6. Takes initiatives and receives guidance respectfully. 7. Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 8. Experience with data analytics and market research is a plus 9. Interest & knowledge in automotive industry. 10. Preferably undergraduate in either or Business, Statistics, Marketing, Engineering. 11. Able to work independently with high level responsibility to complete tasks in a timely manner. EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE 1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent related experience. 2. Minimum 5 years' experience in Aftermarket Product Knowledge.
