Technical Recruiter Needed

Job Description / Required Skills
2-3 years+ of experience performing as a Technical Recruiter preferred; will consider recruiters from other industries such as medical staffing, etc.
Consistently demonstrate the ability to meet and surpass the quarterly production goals and the minimum weekly activity.
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products
Are skilled in networking, social media techniques and job board scouring for active and passive candidates.
Must possess solid sourcing knowledge (Boolean search, social media recruitment, marketing, etc.).
Be ambitious and self-motivated, and bring a competitive but mature and professional attitude to the workplace.
Have excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, planning, attention to detail, time management skills, strong written and verbal communication, ability to identify top-notch candidates, exceptional customer service, and quality social skills with the possibility of meeting, interviewing, and assessing people and their experience.
Have the strong initiative to learn about the needs of Clients. Be able to deliver Candidates who possess the personality, necessary skill base, and organizational fit to thrive within the Client environment.
Can manage candidates from beginning to end through intuition, interpersonal skills, good judgment, and creativity in negotiation up through closing.
Will work with a strong sense of urgency while keeping an even temper with business outcomes that may be unpredictable.
Multi-tasking proficiency and daily initiative to perform in a fast-paced team environment. Must have a verifiable track record of top performance and consistent growth.
Team player who understands how valuable collaborative work is with other employees and members of the organizational structure.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship as we do not provide sponsorship or work visas at this time. Third-party companies/candidates will not be eligible.
Recruiter Responsibilities
Execute complete life cycle technical recruiting. This includes sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, offering applicant feedback, collecting, verifying references and resumes, negotiations, submitting candidate profiles to the internal Sales Team, preparing for interviews, and extending offers.
Provide oversight of all necessary onboarding paperwork required by the candidate(s) to begin working with the Client.
Utilize methods to source and identify credible applicants other than total reliance on job boards.
Throughout the hiring process, continuous follow-up and connections with candidates are maintained. A database is used to track communication, assess interest, and build a solid network of skilled candidates who may fit future job descriptions.
Attend daily business development meetings with Recruiting Manager and Account Managers.
Build a pipeline of strong candidates for future positions and have backup candidates readily available to fill positions.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the Client to prepare and debrief candidates for interview
Provide exceptional communication with candidates and internal management, recruiting and sales team.
Base salary, commission and benefits offered, including Health, 401k, PTO time etc.
