Job Description

As a Physician Recruiter, you will maintain strong relationships and ongoing contact with candidates in the Healthcare field. Your primary job function is to find suitable candidates who provide clients with qualified professionals.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Source for and build an inventory of candidates for open positions
• Utilize all available resources including our internal database and third-party vendors to develop leads
• Build the database through research and data mining to develop a pipeline of active and passive job seekers
• Screen physicians and other clinicians by building a rapport via phone calls and emails
• Call candidates and present job opportunities, matching the candidates' interests and employer requirements
• Emphasize opportunity features, navigate salary discussions, and prepare candidates for interviews
• Thoroughly prepare all candidates for interviews and manage the client's interview process
• Handle offer negotiations and offer and employment contract review
• Work with hired candidates and partner clients to ensure onboarding and placement is successful
