ETA is looking to fill a full time position for a sales associate selling Off-Road parts, accessories, and services. Ideal position for a candidate in the automotive parts profession with a desire to transition to a specialized field. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team at the leading truck accessory shop in the Hampton Roads area.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Respond quickly and effectively to customers in the store and on the phone by providing product information and preparing quotes
• Appropriately represent ETA at trade shows and community events
• Availability and willingness for local travel
• Minimum 2 years experience and previous successful track record of inside sales of auto parts and services
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask by prioritizing, managing multiple projects, and allocate time as required by business objectives
• Demonstrate initiative and work as a team in fast paced environment
• Stay current with market trends and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office
• High School diploma/GED
• Good Driving Record
• Promptness and dependability
