Our busy Ear, Nose & Throat Practice is looking for an Allergy Director with both clinical and operational experience for our three-location medical practice. Applicant should be an RN or LPN with at least five years of healthcare management, preferably in Allergy.

Responsibilities include:

Directing quality clinical allergy care and services within the medical practice in support of our physicians.

Supervision of clinical training for all new allergy personnel.

Educate all staff regarding expectations, office processes, insurances, and patient flow.

Ensure all clinical staff is providing quality, patient-friendly medical care, in addition to following appropriate immunotherapy.

Provide leadership to all clinical employees; leads by example.

Be proactive, positive, and solution-minded.

Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Creation of consistent protocols across all locations.

Ability to fill in with allergy testing, mixing of treatment sets, blood draws, administration of allergy immunotherapy, and have a thorough understanding of all allergy tests, procedures, and diets.

Successful completion of the AAOA basic and AAOA advanced courses is a plus.
