Eastern Virginia Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead or Front desk for our newly developing FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center.

Our ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about helping patients achieve their goals on a personal level, and possess a minimum of 2 years with the following job skills:

· Experience with referrals (physician to physician and insurance)

· Experience Scheduling & Obtaining Authorizations a must

· Knowledge of billing and working with insurance companies

· Medical terminology

· Knowledge of health insurance benefits to assist patients in understating costs associated with services.

· Confident in decision making.

· Ability to work independently.

· Available for hours 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. to accommodate workflows & patient schedules.

Minimum of 2 years front desk in a medical practice a must.
