• Greet visitors and create a positive first impression of the organization
• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff members
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
• Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx or similarly delivered packages
• Scan and close all delivery manifests each day
• Scan and email all invoices sent to the branch to A/P shared services

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Knowledge of basic office equipment, including but not limited to computers, telephone systems, copiers and fax machines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively (written & verbally) and with different departments
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to learn quickly & work in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with Electrical Distribution industry a plus

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Friendly, inviting personality.
• Exceptional verbal communications skills and dependable.

Required Skills Required Experience

• Licensed in the State of Montana, good standing.
• Must have knowledge of the application of diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
• Must have the ability to respond calmly and effectively in stressful situations; assess patient needs; reassess continuing patient needs; communicate effectively with other health care providers.
• Strong, effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
