We are seeking a Counter Sales to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Warehouse duties as assigned
• Occasional Van Driving may be required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Previous electrical experience/knowledge preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills

Individuals considered for this position will be highly productive, organized, detail oriented and capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. Must possess excellent customer service skills and be comfortable presenting products and solutions to end users.

Required Skills Required Experience

The successful candidate will have at least two years experience in a sales or service environment, preferably in the electrical, distribution, building products or related industry. You must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service support. A background in E-Commerce is desirable. Strong PC skills are needed. A BS/BA is desired.
