Directs strategy, operations and fiscal needs for the procurement, deployment, maintenance and protection of the enterprise information assets and manages the overall technology and cyber security risk program. Oversight of information technology operations, application development and data analytics teams/staff. Measures customer service response and network “up time” against defined company standards. This position is the designated HIPAA security officer for the organization and is responsible for ensuring the organization meets HIPAA security requirements. The scope of responsibility will encompass communications, applications and infrastructure, including the policies and procedures which apply.
- Provides oversight for the development of application programs and internet applications.
- Oversees the maintenance and technical support teams for all computing and networking hardware and software.
- Ensures the protection of corporate data assets from viruses, spyware, bots and other harmful programs as well as insider threats.
- Develops an effective and affordable Information Technology security program for ESGW including policies, procedures, guidelines, awareness and training plan, overall security infrastructure, monitoring and auditing.
- Integrates cyber security framework standards from NIST and ISO/IEC 27001.
- Completes an annual cyber risk audit and implements mitigation steps as needed.
- Provides oversight of the management of electronic data and its analysis.
- Oversees technical support for all centers and directs outlying centers to appropriate technical support when it cannot be provided in-house.
- Oversees the procurement, installation and maintenance of new and existing hardware and software for all ESGW locations.
- Acts as a resource to provide direction for technical training opportunities to the organization. Seeks appropriate training for internal growth within the IT department pertaining to ESGW systems and applications.
- Oversees the data analytics department which coordinates data initiatives, reporting requests and business intelligence collection and analysis.
- Oversees technical risk and security management strategies for ESGW.

Required Experience
- 5+ years
- Experience with core IT support business processes and method
- Experience with network infrastructure (both Voice and Data)
- Knowledge of WAN, LAN and Telephony architectures
- Strong knowledge of networking and server technologies, concepts, standards, tools and implementation and maintenance disciplines
- Bachelor's degree
- CISSP, CCISO, or other cyber-security related certification
