  • Responsibilities

    The role of the Quality and Compliance Manager position is responsible for leading quality and compliance efforts for the organization, with a focus on program compliance.  Designs, develops and implements comprehensive training strategy for programs to achieve compliance.  Develops and analyzes metrics to measure the effectiveness of compliance training programs.

    This position will analyze quality measures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. This position ensures monitoring of business activities for program compliance occurs. This position will be responsible for identifying training needs and developing content for changes and updates to applicable laws and regulations. Prepares compliance reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.  This position will conduct internal reviews of action plans to ensure recommendations have been implemented and are being followed. This position reports to our Corporate Compliance Officer. 

    REGULAR DUTIES INCLUDE:

    • Reviews and analyzes data within quality and compliance workbooks with leadership.
    • Compiles metrics from compliance work plans for quarterly report to the VP.
    • Completes audit follow-up including: verifies progress with audit action plans, identifies training needs after action plan implementation, identifies if an action plan is preventing non-compliance and reports findings to Corporate Compliance Officer.
    • Collaborates with the HR department to develop training presentations.
    • Tracks all compliance training, develops a plan to measure the effectiveness of training and follows-up with service line leaders on low scores on knowledge check-ups.
    • Facilitates program compliance committee; attends corporate compliance and contract committee meetings. Takes notes for each meeting and is responsible for posting meeting notes.
    • Serves as support help for the Corporate Compliance Officer.

    Required Skills

    • Advanced computer knowledge (Microsoft Suite)
    • Excellent oral, written and record keeping skills
    • Excellent organizational, change and time management skills
    • Presentation experience including conference presentations
    • Training and curriculum development experience including facilitation
    • Advanced skills in customer service

     

    Physical Requirements

     

    • Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.

    • Applicant must pass a background check and DMV check.

    Required Experience

    • 3-5 years
    • 2 years of experience in Quality and Compliance role
    • High School/Equivalent
    • Bachelors preferred
