    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    IDEMIA is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, your will be responsible for forecasting and monitoring sales trends, gathering consumer and competitor data, preparing reports for management and utilizing statistical software for data analysis. A strategic role within IDEMIA, you will have the ability to analyze qualitative data, trends, strategies, and competition with the goal of increasing our competitiveness in the market. Additionally, you will work with various external analysts to create and conduct the analysis of research projects, design surveys and lead internal and external stakeholder meetings to present survey design ideas and results. If you are detail oriented with outstanding analytical abilities, this role will be great for you.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prepare actionable reports on findings while illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into communications that are clear and understandable.
    • Devise and assess procedures and methods for data collection, including surveys and questionnaires.
    • Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, pricing, distribution, partnerships, product offerings, and marketing.
    • Conduct research to help identify how best to position IDEMIA with to our customers and vs. our competitors.
    • Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing, and analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with actionable findings and results.
    • Collect and analyze data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand
    • Provide senior management with proposals and information on the distribution, promotion, pricing and design of products and services

    Required Skills

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • 5 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis (or academic equivalent)
    • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
    • Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques, revenue attribution, and customer segmentation.
    • Mastery of modeling and reporting in Excel/Access and SQL
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
    • Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen
    • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
    • Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Problem solving skills with ability to define problems, research solutions and present recommendations
    • Ability to work well independently or as a team

     

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, quantitative discipline or related field
