  • Responsibilities

    Under minimal supervision perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

    • Direct Maintenance Technicians in daily duties and lead the team in continuous improvement activities within area of responsibility
    • Support and lead the team in cross-training and technician development efforts
    • Schedule, coordinate and lead all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes for area of responsibility
    • Delegate responsibilities during the absence of the Manager, Technical Services
    • Ensure all work is in compliance with ISO 9000:2000 standards
    • Follow and comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures
    • Adhere to the IDEMIA Quality Policy
    • Other roles and responsibilities may apply

    • Strong leadership ability is a must; must have demonstrated success in leading a team in continuous improvement efforts and daily tasks
    • Ability to support a positive work environment and encourage team building
    • Must possess excellent organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment
    • Must be able to work effectively with leaders from all other functions and departments
    • Working knowledge of PCs, Windows, Office, and Project

    Required Experience

    • Mechanical/Electrical Bachelor of Science or equivalent education/experience
    • 3-5 years in a manufacturing engineering/maintenance environment
    • 1-2 years’ experience with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
