职位概述 POSITION SUMMARY
支持公司全球的胶黏剂开发工作，根据全球工程胶黏剂开发部门的发展要求，合成特定的化合物或聚合物，改善公司产品的性能，提高市场竞争力。
Support the development of R&D, fulfill the requirement of Global engineering R&D department, research demanded chemical compound or polymer, improve the current product, improving market competitiveness.
主要职责 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY
- 同全球配方实验室紧密合作优化现有产品和开发新产品来满足客户的需求 [15%]；
- Closely collaborate with the formulation labs to develop new products or to improve the existing products globally [15%];
- 管理项目和领导项目团队，激发项目团队实现预期目标 [15%]；
- Manage projects and lead the project team, be provocative to achieve the targets [15%];
- 具有独立进行化学合成的能力，可以为内部和外部合作提供新产品 [50%]；
- Independently carry out chemical synthesis for new products for the internal and external cooperation [50%]；
- 跟踪工程胶粘剂技术趋势并对新项目提供创新思路 [10%]；
- Contribute to innovation with ideas and identify new technology fields for Engineering adhesive industry [10%];
- EHS和道德: 遵守履行部门EHS的职责，以及公司道德合规要求 [10%]
- EHS & Morals: Comply with EHS responsibilities and company ethical compliance requirements [10%].
任职要求 POST REQUIREMENTS
- 学历要求：硕士及上学历，有机化学、高分子化学及化学相关专业，博士优先。
- Educational background: Master's degree or above, organic chemistry, polymer science or related chemistry speciality，PHD preferred
- 工作经验要求：很强的有机合成背景，3年以上有机合成工作经验
- Working experience: Strong organic synthesis background, 3 years’ experience above
- 英语精通，可作为工作语言，有跨国企业经历或海外留学经验优先
- Working language is English, multinational enterprise or overseas study are priority
- 对化学品法律法规有一定的了解
- Understand chemistry related laws and regulations
- 对粘合剂行业有所了解，有在行业的工作经验优先
- Understanding about adhesive industry, related working experience are priority
