BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Reporting to the Global Head of Business Development, the Business Development Representative is or will become, a subject matter expert in Ecommerce, the competitive landscape and the PFS value proposition. The Rep’s role is to operate independently to generate, develop and nurture sales qualified pipeline revenue.
A primary task in this role includes responsibility for the outbound lead generation activities developed in conjunction with the Global Head of Business Development. This individual will manage Salesforce as it relates to both lead generation and campaign management. As well as act the internal support for the Director through the sales progression cycle. In addition, as PFS brings new products and services to market, the Global Head of Business Development will work to develop sales skills in the Rep to deliver on internal sales goals for these emerging offerings. A key part of this role will be to build relationships with key personnel within the PFS Marketing team. You will work with Marketing to develop measurable lead generation campaigns. Within this role as a Business Development Representative the Global Head of Business Development will work alongside the Rep to develop tactical plans to achieve the team quota and contribute to the overall sales organization quota attainment.

Specific Tasks in the Role
Create pipeline revenue focused lead generation campaigns.
Learn the art and science of opportunity qualification methodology from the Global Head of Business Development and Sales Director.
Operate as the internal advocate for the Sales Director to manage the internal processes that are needed to more efficiently generate qualified sales pipeline including:
Work closely with the Global Head of Business Development to develop and execute tactical sales plans.
Proactively target new business through outbound lead generation and prospecting via cold calls, emails, social media and specific tools.
Manage the CRM system and mine the database for marketing and business development initiatives
Schedule qualified introduction meetings with C-Suite for Sales Directors
Drive awareness and meetings for internal sales campaigns
Leverages tools such as the internet, email, social media, CRM, eTail Insights, ZoomInfo etc. to identify and penetrate new accounts for the Sales Director
Demonstrates strong ability to clearly understand the prospects opportunity(s) and internally articulate
Participates in planning tradeshows and executes implementation of tradeshow logistics
Ensure lead generation programs can be tracked accordingly and results are measurable
Works with Marketing to define a correct and consistent communication strategy and program messaging.
Works with Marketing to develop an ongoing lead generation schedule and strategy
Puts processes in place to ensure leads are being nurtured and followed up on a regular basis
Partners with Marketing to ensure sales has the right literature/material to send to prospects skills
For new product development, learn the company’s new and emerging products and the sales process to take these to market.

Required Skills Required Experience
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Valid license as Registered Nurse in CT. Must have at least one year of professional nursing experience.
BLS required.
ACLS preferred.
BSN preferred.
Outpatient/procedural nursing experience highly preferred.
Prior Radiology experience preferred.
