JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Steward/Chef will plan and prepare nutritious, tasteful and varied meals for on-board crew three time per day, as well as provide snacks and meals for crew during night watches; prepare food for special guests/events; and secure provisions in foreign ports.

DUTIES SPECIFIC TO THE JOB AT THIS LOCATION:
Must possess good customer relation skills to effectively provide assistance to company and customer representatives;
Must be able to respond to after hour calls and work requirements;
Must cooperate and support the projects applicable ISO Quality and Environmental programs
Must be in and remain in the appropriate physical condition to meet the OSHA lifting requirements of 50 pounds,
Must become familiar with and conform to the Project’s safety manual;
Must become familiar with and conform to all Project’s policies.
If operating a company vehicle, must possess and retain the appropriate driver’s license and be able to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner;
Must be able to respond to after hour calls
