    Job Description

    This is a key position with one of our charter school clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with school age functional behavior assessments and VBMapp. This position includes:

    Supervise Behavior Therapy Assistants that are assigned to clients with positive behavior support plans.

    Develop and supervises Behavior Support plans, including behavior therapy, consultation, and support to family members in order to meet behavioral/communication outcome goals.

    Provide Functional Behavior Assessment to children currently receiving services in our system as needed.

    Participate in the development of Individual Family Service Plans and Outcome Reviews and IEP reviews.

    Supervise behavioral data collection and review behavioral changes and skill acquisition for monitoring of progress and revisions of plan.

    Complete necessary paperwork including progress notes, Daily Activity Reports, Billing sheets and complete Functional Behavioral Assessment.

    Develop Behavior Consultant Protocols for the Verbal Behavior Program.

    Discharge any other duties that may be assigned by the Director of Programs.

    Provide clinical supervision of ongoing sessions and direct group meetings of teams to provide clear coordination of services.

    *Independent contractor position BCBA $70/hr,; LBS $50/hr.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree required.
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred. Candidates enrolled in a program with a BCBA approved course sequence will be considered. BCBA supervision available.
    • PA Behavior Specialist license required.
    • Prior experience with Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) preferred.
    • Experience in a school-based and early childhood settings preferred.
    • CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
    • Prior crisis prevention/intervention training preferred.
