    Provide leadership, transparency, support and actively communicate, collaborate and cooperate with internal team and external partners to support mission and goal attainment.  Direct responsibility of marketing, digital engagement, and business development strategies, inclusive of marketing content, creative services, and digital experience, research/analytics, and business development initiatives.  Accountable for budget development and maintenance, media planning/buying, and measurement/metrics of campaigns.  Responsible for direction, evaluation, and management of subordinates and/or vendor partners involved in marketing and business development.  Fosters a productive, rewarding, and positive work environment encouraging development and goal achievement in concert with established core values.

    Required Skills

Able to perform very simple algebra • Ability to perform and present financial analysis in individual and group settings TECHNICAL • Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat and/or equivalent designing tools and software. • Experience with market research (CRM/MCIF database) desired. • Experience with HTML, CSS, & JavaScript/jQuery (website content management systems). • Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. • Advanced web skills, including limited design capabilities. • Experience developing and creating digital marketing including pixel placement • Experience with email marketing software such as MailChimp, Constant Contact or Documatix • Excellent writing skills—creative and technical—for articles, press releases, blogs, web content, and other public relations • Experience with all aspects of Social Media marketing • Understanding of HRIS applications i.e. ADP and Performance Pro. GENERAL • Must have excellent communication skills both presentation and written in English; be persuasive and possess strong negotiation skills. • Ability to accurately and efficiently handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Communicate effectively and positively with peers, senior management, volunteers, vendor partners, designers, and developers. • Experience leading teams, meetings, brainstorming sessions and building consensus within a group • Must be extremely well-organized and detail oriented. • Must be able to demonstrate established competency levels for all required regulatory or compliance-related processes and/or procedures within established timeframes of appointment. • Reasoning Ability. Must be able to apply logical or mathematical and/or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Able to interpret a variety of technical instructions and can deal with multiple variables. • Keep abreast of new product development and marketing methods and trends, including technology potentially available for delivery systems and channels • Assist facilities with branch design and branding elements

    Required Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management/finance, Information Technology or related field.

    PLUS

    • Minimum eight (8) years of progressive Marketing/Digital/Content/Creative experience • Five (5) years management and supervisory experience. • Strong background in financial marketing, promotion, and product service delivery.
