IF YOU ENJOY WORKING IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT, CAN MULTI-TASK, AND HAVE A WILLING-TO-LEARN ATTITUDE, WE WANT TO MEET YOU! AN OUTGOING PERSON WHO IS COMFORTABLE ON THE PHONE, WRITING EMAILS, AND ACCURATELY COMPLETING PAPERWORK WILL LIKELY SUCCEED.

A day in the life includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Professionally greet new and existing customers in person and by phone, text and email to determine their needs.
2. Work with customers seeking financing in a discreet and responsible manner. Assist them to complete all aspects to acquire credit.
3. Maintain knowledge of the entire inventory of Easton Motors vehicles, and work to match price and vehicle options with customer needs and budget.
4. Assist sales team as they complete the sales processes
5. Work with the Team to establish guest relationships, and create a strong referral network.
6. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage tasks and assignments.
7. Maintain cleanliness of store and lot inventory, and move vehicles on the lot to present a positive curb appeal for potential and existing customers.
8. Handle the activities and interactions throughout the day with a positive mindset.

TEAM EASTON EMPLOYEES ACT WITH HONESTY AND EMPATHY WHILE PRESENTING THEMSELVES WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. THEY SEE PROBLEMS AS OPPORTUNITIES TO MAKE THINGS BETTER.

• Must be available Saturdays. 
• Must have a current driver's license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• An MVR check and background check will be conducted.
