Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a renowned real estate and property management company in Irvine who is seeking a Communications Specialist to support their team asap! This position is a 4 month temporary role with pay ranging between $30-$35 per hour. If you meet the qualifications below, we want to hear from you!

Title: Communications Specialist

Pay: $30-35

Start: ASAP

Duration: 4 + months

Location: Remote

Position Responsibilities:

• Work with key stakeholders within Human Resources to develop content and updates for internal
• communications
• Create content for company news, HR initiatives and programs, presentations, message/talking points and recruitment marketing materials and ensure they are delivered through the appropriate channel,
• Provide copy writing and editing support for all HR communications.
• Partner with creative and technical teams to align copy and visuals for internal communications and
• recruitment marketing materials.

Position Requirements;

• 3-5 years communications experience
• Demonstrated excellence with writing for employee engagement and broad-based communication.
• Self-starter, independent thinker with excellent follow-through, requiring minimal supervision in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive, etc) or MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
