Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with one of Orange County's most renowned Real Estate development firms to find passionate and talented Customer Service Representatives to support their team ASAP. POSITION: Customer Service Representative

DURATION: TEMPORARY ( 1 MONTH, POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND)

PAY: $18 - 20 per hour

SCHEDULE: Thursday - Monday 9:30am - 6:30pm. Must be able to work weekends!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide unparalleled customer service in person and via phone / email to potential tenants and residents
• Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments with leasing team, accurately provide tenants with community information
• Respond to customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism and escalate issues as needed
• Update and maintain data / information into the Customer Data Base with top attention to detail
• Assist with administrative support as needed
• Possess critical thinking skills with ability to multitask

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years experience in Customer Service or Administrative environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to keep track of customer data and follow up appropriately via email and phone
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote sales
• Strong in MsOffice and Gmail
