Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is looking for technical recruiters to support fast-growing tech companies in the financial industry. Both companies have offices across the country and are open to technical recruiters to work remotely anywhere in the Continental US. The focus of the technical recruiter will be to build Software, AWS, Azure, and Cloud Engineering teams. The role requires a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in technical recruiting; software recruitment is a plus. 

The role is at least a 3-month contract with the opportunity for full-time conversion. The person in this role will have various tools (LinkedIn, ATS, job board) accessible to recruit as well as a coordinator team to help schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 2+ years of software-focused technical recruiting experience

• Willing and able to juggle up to 25 high priority requisitions at the same

• Customer-focused, results-driven approach with the ability to provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

• Passion for building effective and high-performing engineering teams
