    DETAILS!

    • Location: Dallas, TX area (multiple locations)
    • Start: ASAP
    • Type: Temporary-to-hire
    • Pay: $10/hr + benefits after 60 days!
    • Schedule: Must be flexible and have availability to work weekends
    • Background check must be completed for eligible hire

    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS!

    • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish!
    • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
    • Strong ability to connect with customers and provide unsurpassed service
    • Basic math skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Positive attitude, enjoys helping others and is eager to learn!

    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES!

    • Interact with customers face to face to receive and process money transfers, check cashing, money orders and selling and buying foreign currency
    • Verify customer information and assist customers in professional manner
    • Keep up-to-date of policies and procedures
    • Balance cash register and prepare bank deposits
