Technology-driven bank is adding to staff for a Project Specialist. This role will involve keeping both large and small technology implementation and support projects on track.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Using advanced Excel skills, track the project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables

·       Work cross-functionally with all departments, managing calendars and scheduling for meetings

·       Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new roles and responsibilities to help with the overall operations and performance of the banking center

·       Create a wide variety of Excel spreadsheets and prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations for management

·       Utilize knowledge of project coordination to understand project workflows

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, V-lookups, and charts

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       2-5 years of technical project support experience in a bank

·       Highly organized with strong multitasking experience

·       Strong service attitude, able to work with a variety of personalities

Direct hire, role will be mainly remote but will need to come into the Irvine office as needed (5-10%)

Salary depends on experience and skills, 50,000.00 to 75,0000.00 (24.03 to 36.06 hourly)
