Job Description
Eastridge is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a large dental tools manufacturing company! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support for the wholesale customer network. ∙ Work closely with the outside sales representatives in providing excellent customer service to the wholesale customers.
- Literature and products mailed to representatives.
- Tracking inventory of literature.
- Travel arrangements for company employees.
- Filing PO’s and Dental journals in the company library.
- Process wholesale orders received from customers.
- Interface with the equipment sales and service department and provide customer support in the equipment parts and service area.
- Provide backup technical support for the direct sales department when needed.
- Performs Process commission reports for all the major dealers (MONTHLY).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Good computer knowledge required.
- Knowledge of Great Plains helpful.
- Must be able to interact with all levels of personnel in a professional manner.
- Need to be a problem solver and have the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
