Eastridge Workforce Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner with a successful logistics company located in Redlands, CA. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 8 years Human Resources experience, preferably with 2-4 years' as an HRBP or management role.
• MUST be bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree required. Masters in HR or PHR certification strongly preferred.
• Experienced at handling all aspects of employee relations and being the first point of contact for employee investigations.
• Experience being the HR contact/ leader for a team of 300+ employees.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or logistics industry experience preferred.
• This role will require a daily, on-site presence. Remote work is not an option.
