Eastridge is partnering with a company located in Aliso Viejo seeking an Customer Service Representative. If you have 1-3 years Customer Service experience please apply! We are looking to interview as soon as today!

TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

DURATION: TEMPORARY TO HIRE 

LOCATION: ALISO VIEJO, CA, HYBRID (2 DAYS, 3 IN-OFFICE)

PAY: $18/HR.

DUTIES: CUSTOMER SUPPORT, CALL CENTER SUPPORTING DOCTOR CLIENTS, HELPING WITH QUESTIONS, SHIPMENTS, AND MORE. 

POSITION DETAILS:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers appropriately
• Ensure the timely and accurate responses to all incoming phone and email inquiries and requests, including billing and crediting issues
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email on product inquiries
• Assist with order cancellations, pricing inquiries, and discounts
• Provide top customer service at all times

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of Call Center or Customer Service experience
• Experience processing product returns, working closely with customer on delivery options, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MsOffice
• Experience using an ERP or CRM system is a PLUS
