    Job Description

    Animal Hospital seeks full time team member who LOVES people and pets. We are a busy, AAHA-ACCREDITED, small animal hospital with 6 veterinarians. We are looking for an UPBEAT, ENERGETIC, AND ENTHUSIASTIC individual who will thrive in an atmosphere that is respectful, supportive, inviting, and fun! Client service experience is required. Must be able to work with computers and have great written and verbal communication skills. Ability to have a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and your share of holidays is a must. Animal experience and/or Spanish-speaking a plus! $11.75/hour or more based on experience. Minutes from downtown Louisville. Please email resume. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
