Pay: $25/hr during training and up to $40 an hour after training completed based on a performance scale.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Install drainage pipe inside crawl space and exterior of home.

Applies mastic to seal HVAC duct joints and wrap duct with insulation.

Installs air baffles in attic and crawl spaces.

Cleans up work site and take debris to dump.

Performs work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines.

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Authorized to work in the United States. We use E-Verify.

Must undergo pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and 4-panel drug screen

Must have a valid driver's license
