Position Summary

We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Henderson and Boulder City. In this role, you will empower patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals through customized treatment plans. Your care will directly enhance their mobility, comfort, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Assess physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques to promote recovery.
• Patient Education: Guide patients and families through the therapy process with clear communication and compassionate support.
• Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, for optimal outcomes.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate records and share updates with the care team.
• Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through continuing education.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Nevada.
• Experience: At least 1 year of Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Transportation: Valid Nevada driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Teamwork: Capable of working independently and in collaboration with others.
