We are looking for a Quality Control & Production Manager who can lead our workforce and subcontractors to success by getting the job done right and looking sharp. Responsibilities: • Assist the project manager with any other duties as needed for the entire project • Include client feedback as construction progresses and help construction crew and subcontractors execute change orders • Enforce all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any issues to the project manager • Oversee the work of all construction workers and subcontractors, routinely inspect construction processes, and provide guidance as needed to ensure the client receives high-quality work • Review performance goals and deadlines to ensure the construction process is running on schedule with the project manager’s plan and subcontractors • Maintain a daily schedule to document all occurrences throughout the construction process for the project manager and homeowners • Manage all customer service after construction • Constantly evaluate construction and service requests looking for better products and techniques to accomplish better home construction • Interview Subcontractors Qualifications: • Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills
