    POSITION SUMMARY: 

    The ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT will be expected to assist their direct managers as well as other managers of the company with scheduling appointments and other administrative duties. This employee needs to be able to multi-task and work at a fast-pace to keep up with the demands of the company. A successful candidate will have the ability to deliver on demands, be able to  compile data and research, and be proficient at making travel arrangements for executives.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: (other duties may be assigned)

    • Provide professional administrative support to high visibility executive(s) within the company and industry
    • With limited supervision, consistently and accurately complete complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to anticipate and resolve issues
    • Maintain cordial, professional relationships and interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization as well as a variety of external players with tact, candor, diplomacy and confidentiality
    • Prepare presentations, coordinate and arrange for public speaking and other industry events
    • Order office supplies, new hire supplies, flowers, lunches for department meetings, etc.
    • Maintain electronic files in DocLink
    • Capture meeting notes and action items that require follow up
    • Manage email, calendar, travel and expense reporting

    EXPERIENCE

    REQUIRED

    • 5-7 years: Exceptional customer service mindset and professional demeanor

    • 3-5 years: Senior or Executive Management Support

    PREFERRED

    • 3-5 years: Must be tech savvy and experienced in mining online databases
