Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules • Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis for potential projects • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance • Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on project status • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project Qualifications: • Strong Construction/Home Building background • Strong knowledge of real estate development processes and procedures • Proficiency in project coordination and management • Experience with construction estimating and project scheduling • Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
