Successful candidates can expect to earn $10,000-$15,000 monthly, with starting salaries of $50,000-$65,000 and the potential to reach $120,000-$180,000 post-graduation. This position is based in-house. Responsibilities: Prospecting (KPAs) • Networking, cold-calling, and related follow-up with the overall objective of generating acquisition sales (Dials, and time on dials as KPIs) • Prospecting for motivated sellers; The scope of work shall include, but not limited to Networking, social media activity, foreclosures, MLS Leads, Delinquents, Vacant, Probate list, Pre-Auction List (KPI- 1 self-generated appointment per month) • Acquisition Sales • All Actions Related to Property Acquisitions Sales Process • Attend scheduled appointments to make a cash offer • Refer prospects for listings post-appointment. (2 referrals per week) • When needed call prospects to further qualify seller motivation • Running comparable values • Walking properties, taking pictures, and calculating repair estimates; (95% of contracted deals • have 10+ photos) • Meeting with Sellers as deemed needed • Processing and submission of all required paperwork; (95% of files submitted complete) • Any and all other measures required to acquire properties (which shall be modified based upon • acquisition method utilized) Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication • Hungry, humble, smart team player • Calm under pressure • Valid Driver’s license • Attention to detail • Strong Sales Skills • Receptive to instruction and direction • Negotiation Experience • Overall People Person • High school diploma Must align with company core values • Hardworking: A daily dedicated effort to achieve our goals • Accountable: Take ownership • Resourceful: relentlessly seek solutions • Grow: Do the work to be a better person • Trustworthy: Do the right thing Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
