    We’re looking for an experienced in-house Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (Lead Manager) to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. The Inside Sales Agent is responsible for generating appointments for our team while building rapport and following our internal sales process. With assistance from the marketing department to generate inbound leads, and continued support from our leadership and senior sales agents, the Inside Sales Assistant is instrumental in converting marketing functions to acquisition opportunities. This person must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer service-minded with good interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: General Job Responsibilities: Daily Expectations Inbound Lead Intake • Focus on converting leads to appointments by ensuring all inbound calls are live answered and web lead submissions are responded to within 60 seconds • Facilitate responses via call, email, and SMS • Perform sales calls in accordance with our lead intake flow and sales process • Maintain all follow-up necessary with previous contacts in order to schedule an appointment or collect additional information required • Manage call lists and database entries/updates daily within our CRM system • Responsible for accurate lead and activity reporting using the KPI dashboard • Script and role-play for a minimum of 15 minutes • 1-hour minimum of long-term opportunity mining Outbound Prospecting • Conduct outbound calls to communicate with targeted niche lists using motivation-specific scripting • Determine through qualifying, whether the seller is a good candidate for an offer or listing their home • Follow-up on leads using team standards with the goal of scheduling appointments • Networking and prospecting for motivated sellers through cold calling and events • Working with the team in identifying opportunities in the “Off-Market” segments • Follow up with good prospects from returned mail campaigns and legal records lists • Work with the team to ensure appointments are scheduled and confirmation calls are completed within 24 hours • Follow the prescribed Skip Tracing Process to generate leads and set appointments for an Acquisition Agent Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • ​​Computer skills and knowledge of CRM experience (Investor Fuse, Salesforce) • ​​Proficient with Google Docs and Excel • ​​Strong organizational skills • ​​Calm under pressure • ​​Accurate data entry • ​​One to three years of service, sales, and/or management experience • Real Estate experience a plus • High school graduate. Bachelor’s ​​​​degree preferred but not required • Valid US Drivers License and ability to work in-house Compensation: $36,000 - $60,000 yearly
