Automotive Billing Clerk

Job Type: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: $20 - $30 depending on Experience

Duties

As an automotive billing clerk, your duties will be primarily billing related with additional duties associated with general accounting/titling to support other members.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Preparing billing files for all car deals
• Organize all paperwork in each deal for completeness, accuracy and compliance
• Log and post all deals, wholesales and dealer trades into accounting ledger
• Process monies received for new and preowned car deals
• Review accounting schedules on weekly basis
• Ensure that all paperwork required for titling/registration is included and complete for every deal.
• Provide administrative support to management where needed.

Qualifications

Must Have CDK experience

Previous Automotive Billing experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office
