A clear speaking voice is necessary.
Must be a proficient typist (we emphasize accuracy over speed)
Possess great attention to detail.
This is a Full-Time year-round position.

Our Data Entry/Call Center Assistant is responsible for creating a digital copy of each of the appointments set each day and sending them to our Outside Representatives.
Our office is conveniently located, and we are on the bus route.
We are looking for people with experience in: Call Center, Phone Room, Telemarketing, Reception, Appointment Setting, Customer Service, Data Entry, Secretary, Office Clerk, Computer Support, Computer Data Entry.
